Title IX reform a top three violation?
Blogger Tom Head who writes about civil liberties argues that the changes the Bush administration has made to Title IX rank in his top three civil liberties outrages of this administration. He focuses on single gender education and believes that the changes, which have weakened the law, could pose the "single greatest threat to women's rights in the United States today" in part because they seem innocuous.
